I read all.of the comments before commenting myself, and I have to say that I was a young teenage girl once and thought I was smart enough to handle adults - i was wrong. I would never accuse unless it was true, but i also know plenty of other women who would def jump on the #metoo bandwagon for only a wink from someone they were not attracted to and call it harassment. I am not sure how I feel about GM, as it seems she did pull some things with the girls - to make her take all blame because JE was dead isn't right either. I do believe that VG was just as guilty... people can say, but she was young and a victim - well GM was young when things started with her too - before JE. We all have things in our pasts...not everybody behaves badly because of it.

She is not on the unredacted flight logs until Dec 2000. She also met the Prince in 2001. She was 18.

Before he settled out of court last night, Prince Andrew was set to be dealt a major blow in his US sex case thanks to Ghislaine Maxwell.
A leaked email from the prince's friend and now convicted sex trafficker appeared to confirm the authenticity of an infamous picture of the duke standing with his arm around his accuser, Virginia Roberts.
The photograph, said to be taken in Maxwell's London townhouse in 2001, had been questioned by Andrew and just this week his legal team had demanded Miss Roberts turn over the original.
The duke's legal team had claimed it might be a fake, but an email obtained by the Daily Mail shows that even Maxwell, who appears in the background of the photo, believes it to be real. In the message, sent in 2015, Maxwell says: 'It looks real. I think it is.'
On a dramatic day of developments yesterday, it was claimed that Miss Roberts had lost the original copy of the image.
But that was disputed by her legal team, who said the hard copy was with the FBI and that Miss Roberts misplaced a CD containing a copy of the image.
The photo was set to be a key piece of evidence in her claims for battery and infliction of emotional distress against Andrew, 61, which he had denied.
The duke's lawyers had lined up an image expert to cast doubt on the veracity of the photo. If Miss Roberts had not produced the original, Andrew's team could have argued copies could not be admitted as evidence as they could not be properly tested.
Not being able to rely on the photograph as proof they met would have put a sizeable dint in his accuser's case.

The timing of the exchange is significant because days earlier Miss Roberts claimed for the first time in court papers that she had been forced to have sex with both Andrew and Mr Dershowitz.
The allegation was struck out by a judge who branded it 'impertinent'. But it caused panic for Andrew and in emails previously reported by the BBC, he contacted Maxwell at 5.50am on January 3, 2015. I’m not schilling for anyone. It’s fairly common for people to not testify in their defense at a criminal trial. Any good lawyer will tell you that. Karen Read didn’t testify at either of her trials, for instance.

Problem with this is there is no proof. Never was. Virginia was not a victim; she was a recruiter. Rina Oh Amen had lawsuit against Guiffre. And the information on this is out there.
Also, Carolyn Andriano RIP, was a victim of Guiffre's. This goes beyond feeling for the victims. People lost their lives, including Epstein. Thats a big deal! People in this situation have blood on their hands.
A benign photo is just that. A benign photo. This was not risqué in any way. Also, it does not prove anything happened sexually between her and the Prince. It just shows at that moment she was in his orbit. And thats it. The research that was done to come to the conclusions in the article are correct. There is a plethora of information that provides the background for what really happened. Guiffre attempted to lie about being 14, 15, 16, 17 when she was with Epstein. She was called out on all of it and corrected it. Like I said there is a ton of valuable/credible information out there to be read.
As a mother of five sons, this is terrifying… that she could lie so much and the lies were believed. #MeToo empowering women to accuse without proof has cost real victims their credibility and men their reputations. The more articles I read the more I am astonished by the court system. I have no experience in that realm but the number of trials that seem tainted or downright rigged is frightening. So, follow the money on that one. Then there are all the inconsistencies regarding travel logs, timestamps on photos and other documents that complicate identifications or timelines in her statements. Also, you definitely know how old you were when you had an encounter with a famous or prominent person (in this case, Epstein) for the first time — that’s not up for debate. That sticks in your brain. Not umm, was it 15, 16 or 17?
What everybody is forgetting is that at no point in time was she held against her will. This young girl/woman was constantly hanging around a wealthy tennis club (why) when she was initially solicited (yes, under-aged) but she came and went as she pleased for the next 2 or so years. She took solo trips to the UK, France and the Caribbean. She was in Thailand, on holiday, by herself, when she met a guy and made a decision to leave the "escort" business, and yet neither E or M made any attempt to "retrieve" her. This is not the life of somebody living under coercion.

I’m not schilling for anyone. It’s fairly common for people to not testify in their defense at a criminal trial. Any good lawyer will tell you that. Karen Read didn’t testify at either of her trials, for instance.
You’re misinterpreting what I’m saying. I’m not saying ALL the victims are lying. To the contrary. I’m saying Virginia is a known liar. There’s a difference.
Most of the victims that we’ve heard about are true victims. However, there are those that we know have lied and taken advantage of the situation: Virginia, Maria Farmer (whose lying Jessica has written about years ago), Sarah Ransome. That’s only three out of perhaps hundreds of women/girls.
Problem with this is there is no proof. Never was. Virginia was not a victim; she was a recruiter. Rina Oh Amen had lawsuit against Guiffre. And the information on this is out there.
Also, Carolyn Andriano RIP, was a victim of Guiffre's. This goes beyond feeling for the victims. People lost their lives, including Epstein. Thats a big deal! People in this situation have blood on their hands.
A benign photo is just that. A benign photo. This was not risqué in any way. Also, it does not prove anything happened sexually between her and the Prince. It just shows at that moment she was in his orbit. And thats it. The research that was done to come to the conclusions in the article are correct. There is a plethora of information that provides the background for what really happened. Guiffre attempted to lie about being 14, 15, 16, 17 when she was with Epstein. She was called out on all of it and corrected it. Like I said there is a ton of valuable/credible information out there to be read.
As a mother of five sons, this is terrifying… that she could lie so much and the lies were believed. #MeToo empowering women to accuse without proof has cost real victims their credibility and men their reputations. Not that all of the people involved were saints but…. There are enough real victims of trafficking to make VG’s dishonesty an even bigger travesty. Thanks for spoon feed us the truth!

I firmly believe that when the FBI came calling years ago, Virginia decided that that the best defense was a good offense. And has since twisted the truth into lies that absolve her of any guilt or wrongdoing.
The more articles I read the more I am astonished by the court system. I have no experience in that realm but the number of trials that seem tainted or downright rigged is frightening. It seems judges have more power than they should. Show all the evidence and let the jury decide. Judges shouldn’t be stacking the deck for one side.

Clearly most of the commentators have not done any of their own research into the extremely troubled life of Giuffre - before her encounter with the depraved duo, or life afterwards. This happens when people live in an echo chamber and refuse to believe facts.
Her undoing was claiming she “may have made a mistake” identifying somebody (Dershowitz) who she repeatedly had "encounters" with. How is that even possible? Once maybe. Twice, never. So, follow the money on that one. Then there are all the inconsistencies regarding travel logs, timestamps on photos and other documents that complicate identifications or timelines in her statements. Also, you definitely know how old you were when you had an encounter with a famous or prominent person (in this case, Epstein) for the first time — that’s not up for debate. That sticks in your brain. Not umm, was it 15, 16 or 17?
What everybody is forgetting is that at no point in time was she held against her will. This young girl/woman was constantly hanging around a wealthy tennis club (why) when she was initially solicited (yes, under-aged) but she came and went as she pleased for the next 2 or so years. She took solo trips to the UK, France and the Caribbean. She was in Thailand, on holiday, by herself, when she met a guy and made a decision to leave the "escort" business, and yet neither E or M made any attempt to "retrieve" her. This is not the life of somebody living under coercion.
Some parts of her story hold up, while others don’t. Unfortunately, most don't.
I would focus more on WHY she decided to end her life. I don't think the answer would be quite as you assume.

I don't think it's being a fan it's more about justice and many of these other women are just as guilty & living the high life while she rots in prison
which other women are “just as guilty” as Ghislaine? And re “rotting in prison”, she was literally just transferred last week to a low
security white collar jail somewhere in Texas. One more step and she’ll probably get out; would you propose she receive zero punishment for her very openly documented crimes?

I found all of this so interesting. The way her father reinvented himself after world war 2. Her father’s empire. The fallen house of Maxwell, her brother’s trial, her mother. The brother that was in a coma for years. What a crazy life.
So many tragedies webbed into their wealth and "successes"
