Somewhat related, Brian Houston was just found not guilty of failing to report his father's abuse. I'm so sick of this. They never pay. Ever. There's Epstein's joke of a sentence in Florida. Then there's Cosby, Frank Houston and now Brian, who all walk(ed) around scot-free. The only one even remotely paying is GMax.
Random question, but how is the read time calculated? I gotta be the slowest reader, because it takes me twice as long LOL (not counting photos/videos of course)
I don't know a darn thing about art, who the artists are and I don't know interior design at all. I found her place to be a "typical" New England seaside home (at least in my uncultured mind). I do love the journeys you take us on though. It's always a glimpse into a life far different from my own. I enjoyed this! Thanks Jessica.
I have thought of all the "glimpses" into Eppstien's houses he was a pathetic decorator. Everything had a sleazy swingers club feel and just thrown together. After seeing GM space it is disappointing she was not much better. Beautiful home with so much potential. Definitely not sleazy but there is no warmth, love or comfort. Its feels very sterile and just "functional" and no real thought. Thank you for the sneak peek!
I agree. I don’t think Epstein or Maxwell had very great taste. But she definitely does better w decadence. This minimalistic vibe here feels sterile. You’re right, the house itself is beautiful though.
You shouldn’t really though. You did such a great job on that trial. Did you watch the Netflix doc? I’m really surprised they didn’t use some of your IG takes. They apparently stole many You Tubers.
I can wait to read it as soon as possible, it has been more that a year and we need closure 😂😂😂...even though, after reading the recent posts from adam waldman ,i don't think that is the last time that we will ear about this story
There was also a recent Instagram story from Josh Richman that I can send to you if you want were he said "the truths are verified and verifiable,be patient,it will all come out" in reference to the case
Well, this wasn’t quite what I was expecting for Ghislaine’s home after Epstein…...the lightness, and brightness of it all. Clapboard. Artificial grass turf. Perhaps it was her state of mind before it all came crashing down - freeing, simple, bright, clean, easy. However, her display of Borgenson’s awards/diplomas by the toilet is absolute perfection.
For sure! Could you picture some patterned seafoam or celadon wallpaper against those wood floors?? Gahh, the house is divine and could be warmed up with gorgeous wall treatments and color.
Absolutely. It could be so warm. I'm wondering if some layers have been stripped since her arrest, though. It just seems WAY too sparse for G's tastes.
“You could do so much with the space” 😂 in full character love it! What an amazing house full of some amazing artwork! Thank you for being so sneaky and letting us in!
This was way more intersting than I thought it would be Jess! Thank you for this morning read.
I don't know if it was the weather or the subject, but the house felt very melancholic to me. Probably because we all know how things unfolded. Thank you!
So did the bartender thing G was a witch? Is that why she recommended Salem? I loved the quirky architecture of the house. Way to sterile though.
No. She thought G was dumb for choosing this town to hide. Hah

I couldn’t find it in my catalogue of the major retrospective at the National Gallery of art , Washington .

That's a good question. I always wonder if it's accurate. Lately, everything has been SO LONG.
*sorry*
That’s ok, I was just curious, thanks for answering 😊. I enjoy all the articles either way!
Those gorgeous floors 😍😍😍

I'm glad!
Black cat sculpture says it all !
Can't decide what kind of cat it is though....
Maybe black panther ? I think perhaps the Picasso and Rothko may be copies of the originals which are probably in a bank vault somewhere !
Loved this piece. Especially the ending! Love your writing. Great work Jessica ❤️
Thanks for reading, Dawn ❤️

I love this😂😂😂 what a treat!
😬
Did you say this was the 2nd oldest house in the US? Or Mass?
Btw: any ETA to the ending promised to the Depp saga? We’ve all been waiting. ☺️
He told us second oldest in the country. I know because I repeated it to myself and out loud so many times lol
I’ve been working on that between three other stories. I’m in over my head but definitely want to be done with it. It really should have been a book.
I kind of hate writing (and reliving) it though. Lol

Oh no. I missed them. Looking now!

Also where were the Adam W posts. Just checked IG & no new posts since June. Did EM allow him back on Twitter?
How interesting. Who is Josh Richman? I don’t recall his name during the trial? Do you mind sending to me in IG? Please.
He is a friend of Johnny here is his ig @iambobbylondon

The fake grass really threw me….
I would of Farrow and Balled the shit outta that place.

Hahaa! I can picture it perfectly!
Not beautiful decor for such a beautiful old home. Looks sort of cold and sparse.
It felt that way.

I agree, it was gloomy.
Very gloomy. Interior and the weather that day.
