She is an MD AND a lawyer who was there only to tell people of their medical rights against losing their jobs for not being vaxed. The FBI stormed her home weeks later, handcuffed her and wrecked her home taking all phones, tablets and even her son’s phone. She was tried and convicted and given a reduced sentence (no evidence) and sent to a high security prison where she spent 3 months before being released.
People who are saying all the rioters deserve what they got need to know these other stories not covered by MSM.
People do not want to believe that a government founded on principles of freedom apart from tyranny could be so corrupt today.
But here we are once again watching an administration use powers to railroad trials against citizens by utilizing privilege and exclusion of exculpatory evidence.

First and foremost January 6 was not an insurrection by any stretch of the imagination. Mr. Macabee has been railroaded by a political agenda stripping him of his rights as a citizen. It’s shameful that the government has acted against its own citizens.

Thank you for shining a light on this. I LOVE Hamilton. The lyrics which stick with me most are "Raise a glass to freedom - something they can never take away." To watch our beloved freedoms be chipped away at with a chain saw is something I never dreamt would happen in our country. We were "The Good Guys." I believed our government looked out for us and protected us. I was really dumb. We need to follow the example of Sarah and fight the good fight. I hope our Founding Fathers haunt the hell out of all who are behind his atrocity.

Initially, I had hesitations about reading this article. However, upon deeper reflection, I recognized my own bias. Initially, I was inclined to think, "That's what happens when you find yourself in a situation where conflict is inevitable." I acknowledge that I hold strong feelings about certain issues ( mine is about Palestinians) and I suspect others also have the same suspect when reading or viewing info on that conflict —that they shouldn't have been present or initiated the conflict. Thank u Jessica for opening my eyes on this sad day in our history.
I would say I’m amazed that people actually still believe Jan. 6th was an insurrection but after watching how so many ate up all the COVID crap I just have to with and shake my head. The only tragedy of that day is what it did to people like Sarah and her husband.
These stories are all so heartbreaking. Trump needs to win, and pardon them all on day one. And then f*cking prosecute all of these government officials who have been persecuting the Jan 6ers, up to and including the highest ranking ones. Send 'em all packing.
