Originally I had formulated an opinion that John was the prime suspect, especially when the autopsy was released and had noted trauma of the vaginal area (so, over a period of time). My initial theory was that John was possibly engaging in an act of disgusting behavior and Patsy walked in on it, sending John into a fury or that JB had had enough of the abuse and said she was going to tell, and John then went into action to permanently quiet his daughter.
However...as more info came to light about the case, my suspicions laser focused onto Burke. I still wholeheartedly believe that it was his doing and when it was discovered what he had done, the rest was a cover up by Patsy and John.
Now that I’ve heard, for the very first time, in this interview, that the Grand Jury sought to go forth with charges relating to that, I feel 100% sure that’s what happened.
9 is unfortunately not too young for a child to sexually abuse another, especially if using an object. And also sadly it seems that they are acting out/trying to make sense of something that may have happened to them. Either way it’s horrific for any child to have to go thru that.
I heard when found she appeared sexually abused -but with an object. I don’t know 9 is too young. Child predators definitely abuse younger than that. I think money played a big part of it, and wealthy CEOs have a lot of connections already. One example, after the murder and the Ramseys moved to Atlanta, Burke attended my sister's private school. This is a very competitive private college prep school that normally requires an application process, references, multiple interviews, IQ tests, existing high grades, etc. I know this because my brother and sister attended the school and I applied there, did interviews, etc. but ultimately chose a different school. Anyway, my point is that Burke was accepted as soon as they moved. The Atlanta home they moved to right after the murder was in a very wealthy area and was at least several million dollars. As I mentioned before, Tyler Perry later bought the estate next door that hosted Oprah and a fundraiser for Obama when he ran for office that Obama attended. John had A LOT of money and connections.

After years of theories the 2016 documentary I watched recently made the most sense. My feeling is they were in the kitchen and JonBenét ate Burke’s pineapple and he hit her with the Maglite and then they covered it up. Or something similar. What money and prestige can buy is mind blowing. The lengths John has gone to all these years to feign innocence is staggering not to mention all the money spent and wasted resources by the g’vmt.
What I just can’t comprehend is torturing your dead daughters body in terrible ways just to stage a scene. I think your theory is spot on but tragically the actual blunt force trauma was the most humane thing done to poor JB that night. Absolutely heartbreaking. I can’t imagine doing what they did to that sweet girl and she was still alive. Why not call the police immediately?! From various interviews and the police questioning footage, I’m wondering if Burke is on the spectrum but also has some kind of anti-social personality disorder. It can cause individuals to act impulsively, become incapable of feeling any emotion, and disregard the moral compass for right or wrong. With that, if he was the perpetrator, and a possible history of mental illness, it would have been easy for him to then transition into dissociative personality disorder, which is usually a reaction to trauma, where two+ multiple personalities are created as a way to help a person avoid bad memories.
Is anyone EVER going to say out loud who did this???? I believe the one guy that did was sued and settled! There is no way that there was not DNA evidence that proved who did this!!!!!
