Sincere thanks to Melania and lawmakers for being a voice for victims. Such respect for the victims for their courage and fight. Thank to you also Jessica, for prioritizing this issue in your reporting.

When my 3 children were teens, I was very strict about cell phones. No phone or social media until they were 14/15. Phones plugged into a charging station outside their rooms at 8 pm. Random surprise checks by me of content. Even with this one of my daughters was victim to a classmate who blackmailed her using his own potential suicide as a threat. Despite all the conversations we had about safe cell use, privacy, and what not to do. And now at 27, 23, and 19, all 3 say if they have kids, they will not be allowed cell phones until they are 17/18. Even though they railed against me and we had many arguments about cell use, they have decided this. As my son said, that tells you everything you need to know about what we've been exposed to.

Wish they would take down ALL intimate images, whether “consensual” or not.

While I’m always in favor of free speech and am cautious of censorship, I hope that we can have conversations that further ideas that will dial back our attitudes toward these types of images. I would question how much of the adult content is made by truly consenting adults, who are able to make the decision without coercion or from a truly healthy place. I suspect not many. As we explore this, I hope we can steer people away from content that is likely a form of or at the very least riddled with the energy of trauma and abuse. I have to wonder what impact it’s having on all of us. I’m pretty sure we are seeing it play out and it’s not great.

This is so powerful and unfortunately necessary in today’s world. Social Media can be such a wonderful place - without I would never have found you Jessica - but, for all it’s wonder it can be equally horrible and scary especially our kids. I will be sharing this article with my teenage son. Thank you so much!

Jessica, thank you for this very informative article, it was absolutely heartbreaking to read, but as gutting as these stories are everyone needs to be aware of them to help protect our children.

'The take it down act' is so crucial right now, it's perfect because it's not only makes the crime against felony, but a federal crime too. We have good State Legislation with Erin’s Law and Gavin’s Law, along with Nonconsensual Distribution of Intimate Images(NDII)also known as image-based sexual abuse, nonconsensual pornography, or revenge porn. But these are all through the States and not every state has enacted this. But with FLOTUS getting this bipartisan Legislation passed, The take it down act will be the gold standard in EVERY state, which is what we need.

I would like to point out that no law ever prevented a crime. Making something a crime, making it illegal doesn’t prevent the crime. When did legislation ever stop anybody from committing a crime? It never does. And the worst thing that’s happening to children is sexual abuse in kindergarten through 12th grade. They are looking at pornography transvestites in drag queens with cartoons of these things on the walls of thousands of public schools across the country. Every June, every five-year-old in the country gets exposed to some kinds of drag queen and transvestite boys dancing on stage is in parades around the world, including Israel. Last summer I saw 12 year old boys dancing in routines on stage in the middle of Santa Monica Blvd., near the Synagogue on a Saturday morning next to Beverly Hills the boys were dressed in girls bikinis, thongs, and being cheated on by drag queens with microphones. Nissan Toyota and other companies had booths, kids get free gift bags who are there with their parents, women wearing rainbow shirts babies in strollers in front of the stage. I watched this go on last June… and it was all month, with every restaurant, café bar businesses and schools participating even the kindergartners had all kinds of flags and cartoons of drag queens, and other things on the walls…. It’s disturbing enough to know that this is being promoted in the school systems every day, but it’s almost just as disturbing to see so much push back against things like online bullying, that have been going on for decades and hardly effects any children compared to the 100% of every child being exposed to transvestites, drag queens, all kinds of sexuality from kindergarten through high school. I don’t see anyone trying to stop that. Nobody’s talking about it. Mom’s talk about the bullying? The Board of Education got rid of the bullying in schools, so they could usher in transvestite boys to destroy girls, lives to traumatize them sexually in there, bathrooms and locker rooms. Does anyone have any idea what’s going to happen to all these kids when they get older? Do you think the school shooter is from mental illness? The school shooter? These kids are getting killed by other kids going into the schools with guns… trans kids, killing other kids in the schools. We have seen this over and over. And people are talking about online bullying.? The school shooter comes from pornography in kindergarten. It comes from a child learning about drag queens at five years old., 10 years old, about stories like tampon Tim, where millions of children looked that up on their phones and saw TikTok videos of 14 year old girls with their breasts cut off, boys with surgeries that look like girls…. This is with kids are being exposed to, and this is the worst thing that’s ever happened to children on the face of the planet. You can count the number of kids who have been damaged by online bullying….. it’s like nothing compared to what’s going on with sexual abuse in the classroom. It’s literally every child every public school you’re talking tens of millions of children are going to grow up to be homicidal suicidal on medication drugs, and having all kinds of immoral sex getting diseases…. They will be partying with the drag queens and transvestites by the time they are out of high school… soon as these kids can drive, they will be at clubs, bars, and restaurants having sex and doing drugs with all kinds of sexual people. You’re talking millions of kids all over the country. I think it’s a total waste of time for mothers to be cheerleading legislation for lawmakers on online bullying issues… that’s not going to do anything for any child. Just like the child safety act…. That removed all the armed guards from the schools so the school shooters could get away with murder. And those school shooters, or a direct result of children, being exposed to pornography and transsexual curriculums. That’s the real evil, and it needs to be stopped. Moms should be marching on the schools…. There should be thousands of mothers at the schools preventing the teachers from the walking in and they should be shut down. The Board of Education needs to be shut down.. these people are criminal, child sex abusers.

The internet and social media is a scary place. I know the influence it had on me as a young woman and that was before Instagram and AI and all of this!

Wow, now I like her even more! Go Melania! I have a teenage daughter and this is the number one issue for her and her peers. Jessica, we need more of Melania....you need to profile her and when you do, tell her from me, that I am sorry. I misjudged her the first time around, bought into the MSM bullshit about her. She is obviously a intelligent, committed woman to her family and the world. I think many of us here might owe her an apology.

The horrors of these scams are heart shattering! We need to expand this past META by also taking down PornHub which exploits victims in heinous ways. Gavin’s law is a great step. 🙏🤍

She should begin with her own family. Her husband is a convicted rapist, who also paid of a family to squash the rape of a child, and who is accused of other molestations.

Just sayin'.

Do you have children? I would bet not. This would not be your response if you did. Regardless of anything, anyone and everyone should be supporting this bill and anything that brings attention to it. Be it the First Lady, or a woman married to a man whom you believe to be a rapist… why would you rather she sit quietly and not bring attention to the bill as the First Lady? Why would you demonize her for supporting such an important cause, one that will hopefully prevent CHILDREN SUICIDE?!? What kind of person are YOU? I pray for you that life continues to spare you the pain of what these children and parents have gone through due to this horrifying reality our children face every day. Get off your keyboard and try to help someone. A**hole
